You may be getting enquiries from air charter brokers and travellers within your network and occasionally from private jet travellers who drop on your website. You may be getting enquiries from some other platforms/networks. That is again limited to users of that platform.
With 'The Market' app the charter brokers get a branded solution on their website with access to over 4000 active aircraft. If 'The Market' is on their website, you are on their website. That is a 1000X increase in visibility. When customers search for any private jet charter trip on their broker's app, your active aircraft will pop up. If the enquiry is made your details will be shared with the charter brokers.

Activity. Your aircraft needs to be active in flying. You again don't have to worry about this unless your aircraft is a small one or you have forbidden GPS tracking. We do not track your flights such as departure or destinations. We only track if your aircraft was in the air or not and in which region was it in the air. If your aircraft activity cannot be tracked then the schedule must be available.

What does the Charter Quoting tool do ?You only need to input the aircraft type and where do you want to compute from and compute till and our powerful Air Charter quoting tool will do all the computations of flight time etc. for you that you can modify if required. With the fuel stop planner, when you get a warning for fuel stops, choose from the generated options and the application will do the rest. For complex trips, the option of offering different types for different legs can be done with ease. This is particularly useful for brokers who do not wish to spend on expensive Air charter quoting software. How does Insta Charter help brokers in sourcing private charter aircraft ?Insta Charter is based on relevance. Our search engine shows only those charter aircraft that are relevant for the trip requirements of Range, Pax, etc. Warnings of fuel stop and runway length limitations make sure that you don't waste time on sourcing. Our search results only include Active Aircraft which means aircraft which are regularly flying. Finding empty leg flights is a task. We believe that rather than only listing empty-leg charter flights, they should be matched with the air charter trip requirements within reasonable bounds. We do exactly that.

Do you provide integrations ?Our architecture is very flexible. If you are using a scheduling and/or quoting software and/or Airport pricing calculator we can integrate that within a few hours to send or receive data. If you do a lot of work on Excel / Google sheets we can integrate with your sheet as well. For example if you maintain an excel sheet for empty leg flights you can integrate it so that with a click of a button, the data is uploaded in your 'The Market App' and your clients can use it. *Integrations require API documentation and your API key. These need to be provided by you. Excel needs to be on Office 365 and cloud-hosted.

How do Teams work on Insta Charter ?The Teams feature allows multiple team members to do things meant for the Private Air Charter Companies such as create and share air charter quotes or grab requests from a common yet personalised board. How does our private aviation software support charter flight planning?You can calculate the flight time taken between any two airports in the world by any private aircraft. You can find the route and wind-impacted flight time along with block fuel and if required recommended fuel stops. You can also get an estimate of the air charter trip price based on the category of aircraft such as heavy, midsize, etc. in the currency that you want. You can get all the details of an airport such as Runway length, number of Runways, and Contact details along with the latest NOTAMs and Forecasts. These tools help you in responding to your clients quickly. Once you have done the sourcing, you can create all the necessary documentation such as air charter quotes and travel itineraries right from the same screen. These tools help you as a charter broker to respond quickly to your client while working on sourcing.

Sharing DocumentsThe documents can be shared by two methods :- a) Generate a PDF. To define a custom Template please contact support. support@instacharter.app b) Share a link. By this method when you create a quote or itinerary or a trip sheet or contract a webpage is created which you can protect with a passcode and share with the receiver. This is done through charter doc which comes along with single point but is a separate application created by instacharter for the specific purpose of sharing documents outside your organisation.

Following information is available on the aircraft detail page. 1) Flights in the recent past. 2) Staleness of data (when was the last update) 3) Airports where seen last (map view) In the search results first active aircraft are shown. Price EstimatorEstimates Price of the entire trip. The calculated price is based on the category of the aircraft and is dynamically realistic. The actual price at deal finally happens is not dependent on this and quotes must be asked from the operator or seller. The pricing engine is configurable in the Charter Market App based on your preference. Following parameters can be defined in your Charter Market App for display to users of your application. For larger operators, the option of offering different tails for different legs in a complex trip can be done with ease. This is particularly useful for Charter Operators who do not wish to spend on expensive Air charter quoting software.
