Once your listing is verified, enquiries are sent directly to you, allowing you to respond quickly and manage conversations through a single platform. Follow simple steps below to join easy charter.

Requirements

  • Work Email
  • Valid Proof of Business. 
  • Sample of Agreement that you generally sign with customers which must include policy on cancellation and refunds. Download EBAA guidelines.
  • An honest Website that generally convey your services with explicit declaration that you are a Charter Broker and do not Operate aircraft. Your email should match the domain. 
  • You will need an Enterprise Subscription before your listing is approved. If you are wyvern/argus certified or corporate member of Air Charter Association then you do not require a paid subscription. Link to →  Pricing

Self Serve Steps

Sign Up

Sign up with your work email on single point. 

Create or Claim your company

Select broker in your role and then claim or create your company.

Update Settings

Update your other company settings such as logo, branding and certificates.

Raise a Ticket for listing

If you claimed a company, your listing may already be active. If you created a company then raise a ticket.

You can create quotes and respond to all inbound enquiries from Insta Charter. On the free plan you cannot create internal trips.
