You can self onboard by signing up and exploring. When ready upgrade your plan from the app. You can also schedule a demo for onboarding. For Operators we recommend a demo.

Both API & Webhooks are available. API are used to push data into Single Point from other sources and webhooks are for pushing data from single point to other systems.

Yes you can. You can set up SMTP connection to send emails on your behalf. 

You integrate with your CRM system using webhooks. You can define the endpoints and whenever a new lead is created from any source the information is passed on to the webhook. If you are not a developer and don't have a server, you can use platforms such as make.com or zapier or Zoho Flow to enable your automations. These platforms can receive the webhook, add data to other softwares, send emails any other specific automations that you need. If you need help contact us and we will show you how to do it. 

For custom templates you need to provide us with a sample. We create the template and attach it to your company. The user can select the desired template while generating documents. Please note that custom templates are for layouts only. The pre built templates always carry your branding.

Single Point is mobile friendly but all workflows are not recommended to be used on mobile. For chats you can use the seller module in easy charter mobile app.
