Can I restrict Access to Team members to certain data ?
Yes, as the owner you define the role of the team member which include a functional role and an administrative role. Example : A user can have Ops and Admin as the role. This user will have access to the Operations module such as scheduling and he will be able to create activities such as training activities for crew.

When someone books from the booking widget, how do I get the information ?
You are notified by mobile app and email. Also the lead is created in the sales module.
Who is counted as a user for Billing ?
Any member assigned one or more of these roles - Admin,Sales, Ops,Maint,Trg. Crew and Technicians are not counted as users
