The Full Story

I started my Aviation Career in 1996 with the Air Force as a Fighter Pilot. After 22 years in the Air Force I took retirement and started flying commercially in a small charter company. Due to my prior experience, very soon I had to wear multiple hats including trainer, managing operations etc. While doing all that, i realised that this Industry has remained sidelined from the benefits of the information age. 

The existing solutions either did not meet the market requirements or were too expensive for smaller businesses to invest in. The other issue was that because of the complexities there was no one solution I could find that solved at least 50% of the needs. So, I started building smaller solutions for use by myself. I founded Insta Charter in 2022 with the aim to learn more & start building block by block. Now we have full canvas of products - from marketplace to workflow management - all under one roof. I quit active commercial flying in early 2025 to concentrate on this full time. Our Latest Product to be launched in Early 2026 is Easy Charter - an Open Marketplace with Realtime Connections.

Problem as we See it

Lack of 'Scalability' didn't attract the investment it deserved. Since it is fairly complex it does require skills and therefore investment of time and money both. Users are dependent on multiple applications and keep struggling to keep everything connected somehow. The next issue is that the solutions are very localised. Lack of customisation makes adoption difficult.
